What is Mushrooms?
Most of the people think that
mushroom is a fruit or vegetable came from a plant, But in the case of mushroom was produced by the fungi from soil, broken wood and moisture area. The body of mushroom called as
mycelium and its individual parts are microscopic. the structure of the mushroom looks like an umbrella with strong and thick stem and on the top a wide cap with some spores like shown in below picture.

Types of Mushrooms
Can you believe there are 10000 known types of mushrooms are there? But we all know only a few types of mushrooms and we know mushrooms are produced by fungi.There are 4 main categories of fungi produced different types of mushrooms namely saprophytic, mycorrhizal, parasitic and endophytic
Saprophytic:
These kinds of mushrooms are decomposers, fungi feed on dead plant and animal. Many are extremely beneficial, organic minerals into humus, minerals and nutrients that can be utilized by plants.
